Meet Dr. Justin Prasad, your friendly, local, and experienced Long Beach Optometrist. With 18 years of dedicated service, he's been a trusted partner in the community. Dr. Prasad's journey to becoming an optometrist began with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California San Diego. He then earned his Optometry Degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry.

Dr. Kimberly Pham, O.D.

Dr. Kimberly Pham, a native of Orange County, is a therapeutics and glaucoma-certified optometrist. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Irvine, and earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry.

During her externship training, Dr. Pham gained hands-on experience with patients ranging from children to seniors. She completed rotations at various locations, including LA Ambulatory Care Center, Ketchum Health, the Veterans Affairs clinic in Northwest Tucson, and Naval Hospital Lemoore.

Our Long Beach Optometric Story

Long Beach Family Optometry has a unique history dating back to Long Beach Family Optometry's early years. Graduating from optometry school in 2004, he worked at various optometry offices in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Driven by his dream of owning his practice, he found an opportunity.

A Transformative Journey

This practice was a satellite office of a larger franchise, and its previous owner had not invested much effort into it. Dr. Prasad saw potential and took over the practice in 2005.

Revamping and Expanding

Dr. Prasad's vision and dedication transformed the practice into a successful business today. In 2018, he expanded to a larger space, introducing a bigger optical and a second exam lane. His commitment to growth and innovation continues, exploring ways to enhance patient care and expand the practice further.
